The Psyche’s Midwife Approach
Psyche refers to our whole self, our essential nature and includes our soul, spirit, life force, subconscious, anima/animus, awareness, consciousness, mind, ego, intellect, authentic/wise self, inner child (and all the parts), and our personality.
I call my coaching work “Psyche’s Midwife” because I consider my role to be that of a midwife – guiding you to awaken, trust & embody your intuition and power as you birth yourself anew.
In this way, I simply assist you in bringing forth your authentic self with caring, attentive guidance, support & accountability.
