THERAPY dives into your present and past; we look at what’s not going well and what’s inhibiting you from fully engaging in life, and address those “problems.” This is for those who have a mental health diagnosis, are stuck in unhealthy cycles or relationships and are ready to change.

COACHING is forward focused and collaborative; we look at what your goals and desires are, as well as blocks and limiting beliefs, and figure out what it might take to get you to where you want to be. This is for those individuals and couples who are ready to up-level themselves and their relationships.
