Dr. Loi offers individual, couples and group therapy, as well as Intensives (for more rapid relief) for optimal healing in an empowering way – compassionately curious, she invites your inner knowing to arise while sharing tools to help you manage your emotional states. You can learn to self-soothe while practicing new behaviors, creating new neural networks (in essence, rewiring your brain) and this allows you to have more space internally, and thus more choice in your responses and in life in general.
Using an integrative process (unique to each person yet developed from her years of clinical work) with a biopsychosocial/feminist lens (taking into account the whole of the person and their environmental influences), she supports her clients, fostering a greater sense of connection and coherence in themselves and their relationships, and a more vibrant and enjoyable whole life experience.
